About the role

As a Waiter within the Shiftly Hospitality Network, you'll deliver attentive, polished table service across some of Dubai's most respected hospitality venues, from first greeting to final farewell.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and describing dishes, specials, and beverage pairings with confidence
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them correctly to the kitchen and bar
- Serve food and drinks following proper sequence-of-service standards
- Anticipate guest needs throughout the meal and respond promptly to requests
- Process payments accurately using the venue's POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized section and support colleagues during busy periods
Requirements
- Approximately 1+ year of experience in restaurant or F&B service preferred
- Conversational to professional working English for guest interaction
- Genuine warmth, attentiveness, and a guest-first mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage
