About the role

As Head Hostess, you'll lead the host team and oversee the guest arrival experience end-to-end, including VIP handling and reservations strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and schedule the host and hostess team across shifts
- Oversee reservations strategy, table planning, and guest flow during peak periods
- Personally manage VIP and high-profile guest arrivals
- Train and mentor hostesses on standards, etiquette, and guest recovery
- Liaise with floor and kitchen leadership to align pacing and capacity
- Handle escalated guest situations with discretion and professionalism
Requirements
- Approximately 2-3+ years of relevant experience, including host team leadership
- Strong professional working English
- Proven experience overseeing reservations and guest flow
- Confident, composed presence with VIP guests
- Strong coaching and organizational skills
