About the role
As Commis FOH, you will run food to the correct table and support the floor team in maintaining table standards throughout service.
Key Responsibilities
- Run food to the correct table, announcing dishes clearly to guests
- Support the Chef de Rang with table maintenance throughout service
- Coordinate with the team and take part in pre-service briefings
- Keep the dining floor and service stations clean and organized
- Assist the wider floor team during busy periods
Requirements
- Some hospitality or food-and-beverage experience, plus some time in a comparable waiter or commis role
- Fluent English
- A professional, well-presented manner
- Flexibility for split shifts, evenings, and weekend/Sunday work
- A team-focused, reliable approach
