About the role
As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will assist with preparation and cooking on a kitchen section, working under the guidance of senior chefs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation and cooking of menu items under senior chefs' guidance
- Check quality, freshness, and presentation of dishes produced
- Keep the kitchen and equipment storage clean and organized, following food-safety and sanitation rules
- Support inventory management and stock rotation
- Contribute ideas toward menu refinement
- Collaborate with the team to keep kitchen workflow efficient
Requirements
- Previous experience in a high-volume professional kitchen
- A culinary degree or certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and split shifts
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- A team-focused, collaborative attitude
