About the role
As Head Waiter, you will take a lead role on the floor, looking after your section and setting the standard for guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and take ownership of an assigned section
- Guide guests through the menu with confident recommendations
- Take orders accurately and serve to LPM's standard
- Handle billing and payments correctly
- Support junior colleagues working on the dining floor
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of your section
Requirements
- Solid experience in restaurant service, including senior waitstaff duties, is beneficial
- Strong menu and product knowledge
- Warm, confident, and guest-focused manner
- Ability to stay composed during high-volume service
- Willingness to support and guide newer colleagues
