About the role
As a Barback, you will keep the bar fully stocked, organized, and ready for service, supporting the bartending team throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep the bar stocked with drinks, ice, glassware, and garnishes
- Prepare garnishes and set up the bar ahead of service
- Keep the bar clean, tidy, and well organized throughout the shift
- Support bartenders directly during busy service periods
- Handle deliveries and manage bar storage areas
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hotel environment is beneficial
- Fast, reliable, and comfortable staying busy
- Good physical stamina for an active, hands-on role
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to help wherever needed
- Genuine interest in growing into a bartending role
