Assistant Reservation Manager

About the role
As Assistant Reservations Manager, you will support the reservations function day to day, helping manage bookings, guest communications, and special requests using LPM's own reservation system.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of reservations, waitlists, and guest enquiries using LPM's reservation system (SevenRooms)
- Help coordinate special events, VIP guests, and large parties alongside management
- Monitor table pacing and reservation utilization
- Support training and day-to-day guidance for reservations team members
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date guest profiles and booking records
- Serve as a point of contact for reservation-related guest requests
Requirements
- Previous experience in a reservations or guest-services role is beneficial
- Comfort working with a restaurant reservation system such as SevenRooms
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities under time pressure
- A guest-focused, detail-oriented approach
