About the role
As Head Mixologist, you will lead the creation and execution of La Petite Maison's cocktail program, bringing creativity and technical skill to the bar's drink offering. This is a seasonal position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the cocktail list and drink offerings
- Set and hold the standard for cocktail preparation behind the bar
- Train the bar team on recipes and technique
- Work with suppliers on ingredients and products
- Maintain consistency and presentation across the drinks program
- Bring energy and creativity to the bar environment
Requirements
- Strong mixology experience in a premium bar or restaurant is beneficial
- Genuine creativity with flavor and presentation
- Ability to lead and elevate team performance
- Fast, organized service execution
- A passion for cocktail culture
