About the role
As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will assist with preparation and cooking on a kitchen section, working under the guidance of senior chefs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation and cooking of menu items under senior chefs' guidance
- Maintain quality and presentation standards for dishes produced
- Keep the kitchen and equipment storage clean and organized
- Support inventory management and stock rotation
- Contribute ideas toward menu development
- Work collaboratively to improve kitchen operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen is beneficial
- Solid culinary fundamentals with room to keep developing
- Comfortable working efficiently under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- A team-focused, collaborative attitude
