About the role
As a Bartender, you will prepare and serve drinks to La Petite Maison's standard, engaging guests with warmth throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails and drinks to recipe and to LPM's standard
- Serve guests at the bar counter with attentive, engaging service
- Set up, stock, and close the bar properly each shift
- Maintain bar cleanliness and presentation throughout service
- Process payments accurately
- Suggest drinks and explain the bar's concept to guests
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a hospitality venue is beneficial
- Good knowledge of drink and cocktail preparation
- Fast, reliable, and composed during busy periods
- Strong guest-facing communication skills
- A collaborative, team-first approach
