About the role
As a Commis Chef, you will support the Chef de Partie with cooking and plating, learning LPM's standards in a professional, high-end kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare mise en place ahead of and during service
- Assist the Chef de Partie with cooking and plating dishes to LPM's standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen station
- Follow food hygiene protocols at all times
- Build culinary skills and knowledge alongside more experienced colleagues
Requirements
- Some experience in a comparable high-end kitchen role
- Basic knife skills and recipe awareness
- Understanding of food hygiene standards
- Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
- A positive attitude and genuine interest in cooking
