As Head Chef, you'll lead day-to-day kitchen operations, translating menu concepts into consistently excellent execution while developing a strong, motivated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all kitchen operations across shifts, ensuring consistent execution of the menu
- Manage food cost, portioning, and waste control to meet targets
- Uphold rigorous food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards across the kitchen
- Recruit, train, and develop kitchen team members
- Manage supplier relationships, ordering, and stock levels
- Maintain and enforce quality and presentation standards on every dish
Requirements
- Substantial kitchen leadership experience, including running a full kitchen operation
- Strong professional working English
- Proven food cost and P&L management experience
- Strong people-leadership and team development skills
- Uncompromising standards for food safety and quality
