As Assistant Bar Manager, you will support the Bar Manager in building the team and delivering La Petite Maison's bar experience to guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Bar Manager in building and guiding the bar team
- Help deliver a consistent, memorable guest experience at the bar
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Address guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Train junior staff to maintain service quality
- Step in to lead bar operations when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bar supervisory or senior bartending role is beneficial
- Strong knowledge of bar operations and drink preparation
- Confident, hands-on leadership style
- Ability to stay composed during busy service
- A guest-focused approach to hospitality
