About the role
As Bar Manager, you will lead the bar team and shape the guest experience at the bar, working alongside the wider management team to keep standards and promotions on brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the bar team, maintaining consistent service standards
- Run regular team meetings for updates, feedback, and skill development
- Deliver a memorable guest experience at the bar from arrival to departure
- Build guest loyalty and act on feedback to keep improving service
- Develop and help implement promotional strategies together with the marketing team and wider bar leadership
- Maintain high standards of presentation, efficiency, and guest engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience in bar management or a senior bartending role
- Strong knowledge of drink preparation and bar operations
- Confident, organized leadership style with strong English communication
- Composure and strong problem-solving/complaint-handling skills under pressure
- Creative approach to promotions and guest engagement
