About the role
As Bar Manager, you will lead the bar team and shape the guest experience at the bar, from service standards to promotional activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the bar team, maintaining consistent service standards
- Run regular team meetings for updates, feedback, and skill development
- Deliver a memorable guest experience at the bar from arrival to departure
- Maintain high standards of presentation, efficiency, and guest engagement
- Develop and help implement promotional strategies with the marketing team
- Build guest relationships and act on feedback to keep improving service
Requirements
- Proven experience in bar management or a senior bartending role is beneficial
- Strong knowledge of drink preparation and bar operations
- Confident, organized leadership style
- Creative approach to promotions and guest engagement
- A calm, guest-focused manner under pressure
