About the role

As Chef de Rang, you will deliver table-side service to LPM's own standards, guiding guests through the menu and owning your section throughout service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute service according to LPM's own steps and standards
  • Explain the LPM concept to guests and recommend signature dishes
  • Maintain full knowledge of the food and beverage offering
  • Keep tables clean and properly set throughout service
  • Handle guest complaints professionally, escalating when needed

Requirements

  • Solid hospitality/food-and-beverage experience, plus solid time in a similar floor position
  • A high-school education or equivalent
  • Fluent English, spoken and written
  • Composure, attention to detail, and speed and accuracy under pressure
  • Flexibility for overtime, Sundays, split shifts, and night shifts
