About the role
As a Commis Runner, you will deliver food and drinks from the kitchen and bar to guests promptly and accurately, keeping service flowing smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to the correct table promptly
- Coordinate with the kitchen on meal timing so dishes arrive together and at the right temperature
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations
- Support meal preparation tasks under food-safety guidelines when needed
- Support the wait team during peak periods, including table clearing
Requirements
- Prior restaurant or hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with culinary terminology is an advantage
- A good understanding of food safety is highly desirable
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Genuine interest in progressing within fine dining
