As Hostess, you'll be the first and last impression for every guest, setting the tone for their entire visit through warmth, polish, and effortless organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly on arrival and manage waitlists and seating flow
- Handle reservations accurately, by phone, in person, and via booking platforms
- Coordinate closely with the floor team to balance seating and pacing
- Maintain an organized, up-to-date reservation and guest log
- Handle guest queries and light concerns with professionalism and grace
- Present a polished, on-brand welcome experience at all times
Requirements
- Approximately 1+ year of experience in guest reception, reservations, or hospitality front-of-house preferred
- Strong spoken English
- Polished presentation and communication skills
- Comfortable managing a busy welcome area under pressure
- Reservation system experience is an advantage
