About the role
As Senior Chef de Partie, you will independently run a kitchen section during preparation and service, mentoring junior colleagues and setting the standard for your station.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently run an assigned kitchen section during preparation and service
- Cook and present dishes to LPM's recipe and quality standard consistently
- Supervise and mentor demi chefs and commis working in your section
- Organize mise en place and manage inventory/waste for your section
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Contribute ideas toward seasonal menu development
Requirements
- Solid, proven experience running a section in a professional upscale kitchen
- Strong, consistent culinary fundamentals with real supervisory experience
- Ability to stay composed and organized during high-volume service
- A collaborative, mentoring approach with junior kitchen colleagues
- Culinary training or an equivalent hands-on background
