Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to the property's cleanliness and presentation standards
- Replenish amenities, linen, and guest supplies according to standard
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or irregularities promptly
- Handle guest belongings and rooms with discretion and respect for privacy
- Follow correct chemical handling and safety procedures
- Maintain and restock the housekeeping trolley and storage areas
Requirements
- Prior hotel housekeeping experience preferred
- Functional conversational English
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Respect for guest privacy and confidentiality
- Physically comfortable with an active, hands-on role
