About the role
As a Chef de Partie, you will run an assigned kitchen section, cooking and presenting dishes to La Petite Maison's standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Run an assigned section during preparation and service
- Cook and present dishes to LPM's recipe and quality standard
- Organize mise en place for your section
- Mentor and support junior kitchen colleagues on your station
- Support inventory rotation and stock management for your section
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements
- Solid experience running a section in a professional kitchen is beneficial
- Strong, consistent culinary fundamentals
- Ability to stay composed and organized during service
- A collaborative approach with kitchen colleagues
- Culinary training or an equivalent hands-on background
