About the role
As a Junior Bartender, you will support the bar team in preparing and serving drinks to La Petite Maison's standard, building your bartending skills in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior bartenders in preparing cocktails and drinks to recipe and standard
- Serve guests at the bar counter with attentive, engaging service
- Help set up, stock, and close the bar each shift
- Maintain bar cleanliness and presentation throughout service
- Process payments accurately
- Build product and cocktail knowledge alongside more experienced colleagues
Requirements
- Some hospitality or bar experience is helpful but not required
- Genuine interest in building a bartending career
- Fast, reliable, and composed during busy periods
- Good guest-facing communication skills
- A collaborative, team-first approach
