About the role
As Training Executive, you will organize and help deliver training programs that support the team's development and keep service standards consistent across the venue.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and help deliver training and development programs for the team
- Develop training materials and resources aligned with LPM's service standards
- Coordinate training schedules across departments
- Track training effectiveness and gather feedback for improvement
- Support managers in identifying team development needs
- Maintain accurate training records
Requirements
- Previous experience in a training, learning and development, or HR support role, ideally in hospitality or restaurants
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good organizational and cross-department coordination skills
- Familiarity with standard office/HR software
- A supportive, development-focused approach
