As a Bar Back, you'll keep the bar running smoothly behind the scenes, giving bartenders everything they need to deliver excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Restock bar inventory, spirits, mixers, garnishes, and glassware throughout service
- Prepare and maintain mise en place for the bar team
- Wash, polish, and organize glassware to standard
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar and in storage areas
- Support bartenders during busy periods to keep service moving
- Assist with stock counts and deliveries
Requirements
- Experience in a bar, F&B, or hospitality support role is an advantage; motivated candidates developing their hospitality career are welcome to apply
- Functional conversational English
- Fast, organized, and comfortable in a physically active role
- A genuine team-player attitude
- Willingness to learn bar operations and standards
