As a Food Runner, you'll be the vital link between kitchen and floor, keeping service moving smoothly and dishes arriving exactly as intended.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately to the correct tables
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and floor teams to keep service timing on track
- Check dishes for presentation and completeness before delivery
- Support waitstaff with clearing, resetting, and general service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pass and service areas
- Flag any delays or issues to the floor team immediately
Requirements
- Previous F&B experience is an advantage, but motivated candidates new to the role are welcome to apply
- Functional conversational English
- Fast, organized, and calm under pressure
- Strong sense of table numbering and floor layout
- A team-first attitude
